Organization

The survey asks questions about the respondent’s health, wellbeing and lifestyle. The data from the survey will be analyzed by Liverpool John Moore’s University’s North West Public Health Observatory to provide a comprehensive analysis of the health of the North West’s population. In turn this information will act as a significant guide for the future planning of the region’s health resources

Challenge

Vision21, a social research company based in Manchester, commissioned to carry out a survey on behalf of NHS North West is engaged to conduct over 100,000 complete interviews with residents from across the North West of England. Factoring two completed interviews an hour Vision21 quickly realized that the 350 man months required was going to be impossible to finish in the committed timeframe with existing staff.

Solution

E Group Corp. was chosen by Vision21. The campaign started with 25 agents and was incrementally increased throughout the campaign. A dedicated Fieldwork manager from Vision21 was stationed full-time in Cairo throughout the process. Vision21 provided the data that was imported into the predictive dialer. Every call is recorded and archived throughout the process. E Group Corp. was able to scope and initiate the campaign in ten days.
